  • 1.Can you custom develop my own formula?

    Of course, as a cosmetics manufacturer, we have more than ten years of experience and can develop your own cosmetic formulas based on your requirements or samples as a benchmark. At the same time, we are also equipped with our own R&D team, and the laboratory can produce sample prototypes for you within 7 days.

  • 2.Can I get samples for testing?

    Yes, please leave a message to tell us the samples you need! Eye shadow, lipstick, foundation, makeup packaging materials, etc. are all no problem.

  • 3.Do you have any certifications?

    Topfeel Beauty is a leading full-service private label cosmetics supplier and manufacturer from China. All of our formulas comply with FDA, EU, PROP 65. Our factory has GMPC, ISO 22716 and BSCI certification, and havs also passed Disney Audit.

  • 4.What is MOQ of private label order?

    The plastic packaging is 12,000pcs and we can do filling 3,000pcs per shade. Minimum order quantity may vary for different products. Please feel free to contact us for details.

  • 5.What is the average lead time?

    For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 45 days (including packaging) after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when we have received your deposit, and we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

  • 6.Can you provide design services?

    Of course. When processing your order, we will assign a professional sales and designer to express your ideas for cosmetic products (including color, packaging material, etc.) through renderings as quickly as possible.

  • 7.Do you have more packaging options?

    During the conversation with you, our sales staff will show you all the cosmetic packaging. Of course we also accept packaging customization, and our OEM business department will guide you through the next steps.

  • 8.Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

    Yes, we always use high-quality export packaging to ensure that the product will not be damaged to the greatest extent. We also choose reliable logistics providers. Sales will follow up on the logistics track to ensure that it arrives at your designated place on time and safely.

  • 9.Do the product ingredients meet the requirements of each country?

    All of our formulas comply with EU/FDA regulations, are paraben-free, cruelty-free, vegan, and more. All recipes are available with MSDS for each item. At the same time, we will select the formula that best meets the regulations according to the country where you are selling.
